“Simply put, Mainline Heating & Supply operate under a set of core values that families should expect from all contractors that enter their home. What I describe below is what you can expect from Mike, Bryson and the team that worked on our home:
- They offer high-quality work – From day-one these guys were careful to meet every expectation required of the job. They reviewed the work-plan in detail, thoroughly prepared the work space, communicated with me regularly about the progress of the job, and if they ran into an unforeseen challenge, they went back to step-one to correct it. By the time they left, our house was cleaner, more organized, and (most importantly) warmer than before we bought it!
- They are dedicated to the satisfaction of the family – The crew did not quit until my wife and I were satisfied with the product. Bryson actually adjusted his schedule and returned to finish the job in an effort to allow me to finalize the work I was doing on my home. Efforts similar to this were commonplace while the guys were completing the job.
- They go above and beyond the “job” – I worked along-side this crew for three days. I attempted to re-wire light fixtures, repair sewage ventilation pipes, and repair drywall damage before the insulation was laid. All-the-while, the entire crew troubleshooted with me, worked around my schedule, and accompanied me to make improvements to my home, even when it slowed their progress.
- They perform their work as if it’s for a friend, not a paying customer – Never once did my wife and I feel as though we were on the other-side of a “deal” being made with a contractor. The crew were funny, engaging and extremely respectful of our family. And Mike made us feel as though we were old friends. He supported the decisions he knew were most important to our family. When all was said and done, Mike reached-out to us to make sure we were not only happy with the work, but supported us in the process of making sure our loan agreement with the State was finalized.
They are sensitive and respectful to the needs of the family – My wife and I had a son in the hospital at the time of the construction. The crew genuinely expressed their concern for his well being, and were very flexible when we had to leave the house unexpectedly.”
